(Model of the Week) Sarah Tonkiri talks about her Modelling Career

Okay this is one Interview that really took us time to conclude, (laughs) Sarah Tonkiri is actualy one of my favorite persons, but this time I placed her on the hot seat with this short interview, she started the interview with the comment "I Hate interviews" lol

This girl is someone to watch out for, I have admired her fierce look and confidence on the runway at different fashion events. As she walked on the Runway wearing an outfit for Jason Porshe at the Tres Bien Event Show. I was amazed. Sarah has hit big Runways and she is a Top Model Nigeria Runner up,
Sadly, she would be handing over next weekend at the grand finale.

Tell us about yourself?
My name is Sarah Tonkiri. I was born on the 22nd of May 1993. I currently base in Port Harcourt. I am from Bayelsa

What are you into?
I studied accounting in Madonna University, graduated last year
Well I'm a model, Modeling is what I love to do. To me, its a way of expressing yourself without the use of words but through fashion, photography and lifestyle

How long have you been modelling and how did you get into it?
I have been modelling for just a year now but to me it seems like I've been into it my whole life. Initially I didn't know how to go about it but on a good day I heard about Top model Nigeria Contest, I got the form and fortunately for me, I was among the three winners and that was where the real journey began for me. Top Model gave me the needed platform to start up

Tell us a little bit about your personal life. What kind of person is Sarah?
I'm modest, outgoing, realistic. I'm a typical Gemini, I don't believe in impressions. I love music

Who will you like to meet and why?
Naomi Campbell because she has been a huge source of inspiration to me

Where do we expect to see Sarah 3 years from now?
That's what I cant say. I just let God direct me and take me where ever. But one thing I know is a place far better than where I am now

Jason Porshe because he is young, talented and inspiring
